Breakfast was amazing, the staff was super friendly and would sit and chat with us during breakfast about where to site see or about sports (very informative about cricket). Would go back every visit to Scotland. Great location for going to Aberdeen, Edinburgh or a St. Andrews. Drove to all of those locations during our 3 night stay. Wonderful guest house.

I liked the fact that Errolbank was centrally located as we were there for shopping and a night out. Also that it was on a quiet, nice street. The breakfast we enjoyed in the morning was very good value for the price and the room was comfortable and nicely aired when we arrived.
The guesthouse offered off-street parking, but there was scaffolding up so we had to park on the street but i fully understand that things need to be repaired. Also,i would have liked my breakfast a bit later than 8.30am-it was a sunday, but maybe i`m just a bit lazy...All in all a pleasant old building/guesthouse,but perhaps just a bit tired.

E-mail communication before travelling to Dundee was very good. Directions from staff at the Discovery Centre to hotel were most helpful. Welcome at hotel. Bedroom excellent, clean, well furnished, fresh and airy, fittings good, bed comfortable, outlook v. good. Breakfast (continental) good.
Television in bedroom giving trouble, but this was not important to the visit.

Had a very very good experience during our 1-night stay at Errolbank Guest House. Our room was good-sized, equipped with a work desk, multi-channel TV, and a sitting area. - Everyone was helpful and accommodating. - the location was exceptionally nice and peaceful, with a public park just a 10-15 minute walk away.

Shower was very small, kept banging elbows on the walls.

We enjoyed pleasant location of this place.
Cosy room with a bathroom, good facilities, for instance, just what we needed. The breakfast offered variety of great meals. The staff was fantastic and very cheerful, as well as host.

Vinesh was very friendly and welcoming.
Location: it is outside the city centre. We stayed there for a night on our journey through and had a car, and it was fine for that.
